Haven is an AI companion, not a therapist or emergency service.
Practice
Guided conversations and quick tools. Pick what fits right now.
Calm
Soundscapes made on your device, nothing streamed. Mix a few, set a timer. Headphones for the binaural one.
Guided meditations read aloud by your device, with a soundscape underneath if you like.
Make one for right now
Give a feeling a shape you can look at. Images are made by Gemini from a description; your names and places are never in it.
Your gallery
Kept only on this device.
Check in
A few seconds a day builds a picture over time. Stays on this device.

Haven's voice
An ElevenLabs voice is configured on the server for reading replies and personalised meditations aloud.
Off means the voice says the placeholders ("Person B") rather than the real names, so the voice service never receives them.
Models
Which AI answers by default. You can switch mid-conversation from the chip above the chat. Images always use Gemini.
Privacy shield
Before anything leaves this device, the names below are swapped for placeholders. Replies are translated back here. Providers never receive the real names. Emails, links and long numbers are removed automatically.
Add the people, employers, clients and places you'd never want linked to these conversations. Haven will also suggest names it notices as you type. The shield protects identities, not the substance of what you say, which still reaches the model you choose.
Lock and retention
A PIN deters casual access to an unlocked phone; it isn't encryption. Retention runs each time the app opens.
What Haven remembers
Short notes from past sessions, kept only on this device and re-identified here. Haven uses them to pick up the thread.
Your data
Conversations, notes, check-ins and images live in this browser only. Messages pass through this app's server to the AI provider you choose, with the shield applied. Haven conversations have no legal privilege; keep anything that belongs with your lawyer, with your lawyer.
